While working on my MBA at Cleveland State, I began purchasing rental properties and restoring wood floors on the side — the business grew organically. Seven years in, I hired my first employee, Ryan Murphy, who’s still with the company today. Over time, we’ve expanded to 6 team members. The first 14 years, my focus was on mastering the craft and building a strong team. Recently, that focus has evolved toward what clients value most: a seamless experience and clear, consistent communication. We put ourselves in our clients’ shoes and treating every home as if it was our own. I’ve learned that clients remember how we make them feel, just as much as the incredible floors we leave behind. Now a proud girl dad of three, I enjoy a balanced life of work and family.
